NRB Risk Solutions 2 months settled my account still awaiting for paid up letter.

they were collecting debt on behalf of African bank, I settled my account on the 23 of march 2018. they said by the 30th of march I will get my paid up letters, this account still reflects as open by African bank. it is 2 months now still waiting, when I follow up they say systems are not working ,its not me alone 124 people still waiting for theirs.
