NRB clear my HomeChoice acc

My HomeChoice account was with MBD, I settled my account with MBD they did send me a paid up letter with the help of hellopeter. NRB risk solutions Ref *** claims to have my HomeChoice account which I've settled they do not answer calls on their give number voice machine is always full. I saw on my credit report that my HomeChoice account is due and active, Number ***, they use to call me or send emails they've stopped contacting me. I've send emails with paid up letter to them with no success
