NRB Branch manager with MANNERS

I contacted NRB to discuss the huge amount of sms's received and she starts going off at me that it is because I have not paid! I told her that I have just come out of hospital so please don't go off at me.<br> I then proceeded to tell her that I never committed to a date only to the amount. Her attitude give all the good work that Mrs Hendricks did with fly out of the window as now I am not prepared to deal with her stinking attitude.
