Most Unpleasant experience

I called this company for a clearance letter on the 20/11/2024 which im still waiting for. When i call them im being transferred to different departments without even being told. I called them the whole week last week with only being told il receive an email in an hour with the clearance letter from a debt from 2019 im stuck my credit score is high but still shows im owing
