Misleading clients and bad service

I got an email from NRB Risk Solutions offering a 40% discount on my Ackermans account ref (***) that was valid until 28 May 2021 and that they will make suitable repayment plans that suit my budget. I called them hoping to get the 40% discount in repayment plans but I was told that the email suggested that I only qualify for the discount if I pay the full amount by the 28 May. When I disputed what the agent "Refilwe Ramakolo" said about me forfeiting the discount, she called in her supervisor "Anfie Jacobs" who was so rude to me and told me that i only qualify for the discount only if I pay the full amount today the 28 May. When I read the content of the email to her, she told me that there was they didn't not write the email, and they will talk to the people that send out emails. She named me with words I certainly did not appreciate and I made her aware that she mustn't call me like that as if she is superior to me. They are selling lies and I certainly don't trust them at all!!
