*********** and just plain rude

All they do is harass people and never respond to emails. Different consultants keep contacting me claiming that I owe money (which was paid to the company before I've ever heard from NRB). When you send them all the correspondence with the proof of payment, they just ignore you and get a new consultant to harass you. Pathetic! Do your job!
