Highly irritated

How is it, that having last dealt with Jacklin Enterprises in 2018 and their stupid books (paid up as well)...I now get sms's and emails from NRB requiring me to make an immediate payment! For what????? What is the legal process here to get these ****s off my back. Highly irritated!
