HARASSMENT With the POPIA Act in place you have the right to choose if you want to receive or not receive any marketing material, promotions or special offerings. These people just ignore this as they keep on sending mails and SMS's about special offers about discount if account settled by a certain date. I have send several mails and made several calls requesting them to remove my name from these kind of communications regarding these offerings which the just ignore to do.
