I have an account with Foschini which I have not paid for a while due to things I went through in my life,the account was then handed over to NRB solutions and I assume was assigned to Simon Khuzwayo this man is the most horrible employee I have ever had to encounter and I would know as I work in collections as well.He called me this morning an arrangement was made for the payment to be made in March he then said he would send me a mail to confirm this. I got the email which I rep**** ''thanx got it\ he seems not to have been happy with this response. He then rep**** to this mail advising me he is going to garnish me as he is not happy with my response and I work in the banking industry which I don't know where that fits in with my debt.Im extremely confused as to this is how NRB works or he is just flat out harassing me
