Good day I'm a irate customer and I'm going to take this matter to the ombudsman and social media.

Since October 2022 I spoke to an agent Puleng Mahlangu and she assisted me with my Finchoice account that was handed over to them.

She arranged debit order every month for the whole year since handover and in November I called and advised that I will settle my account end November beginning of December and I called her and she called me she gave me a settlement amount of R1059. Which she also nagged to ge debited from my bank account and I gave her permission to do so.

Not long from that I asked that they send me a paid up letter and she tells me my account is not settled I owe a balance. How the hell can you give me a settlement and tell me I still owe.

So I'm irate I want all my statements and call recordings because I'm taking this company further for robbing me as a customer. Now she sends me daily sms and mails to say I am in arrears.

I'm so angry I called MBD and they told me I need to call her and she refuse to take my calls.

I called Finchoice and they said that they can't pick up anyt9asbtge account is with you guys.

I want this sorted and she will have to pay for what she has done. I'm not gonna leave it here.

I will make sure I get the email address of the CEO of this company and I will take matters further I like everything and I acknowledge my debt which I paid but I hate people robbing me. I made a plan to settle and this is what I get. I'm unemployed and now they want me to pay more. I refuse too may another cent.

I wnat this sorted asap because I'm struggling now since payment done about this acc. I have a family to feed and don't have time for **** like this.

I'll await the response and I wnat all my proof because I have all from my side too I wnat my call recordings.
