Fails to do follow ups

I am not satisfied at all with NRB risk solutions. A frodulent acc was opene under my name at homechoice . I contacted them, provided every document they needed. Upon follow up wich took more than a year to resolve my issue. Home choice told me my case was resolved. Now i get annoying emails from this company saying i should pay homechoice account. Do u do follow ups. Why should i pay something that i dont know.? Why are tarnishing my name? Pls do your follow up with companies that refers to you
