Extremely bad service

<p>My Truworths account was handed over for collection, I subsequently asked for a settlement agreement and made payment for R5360 on the 9/12/2016</p> <p>I spoke to Shelley Marshall with reagard to a paid up letter and til date have not recieved anything</p> <p>This is highly frustrating as I am not I able to clear my name off of ITC without the letter</p>
