Debt collection

I have once defaulted on my Direct Access loan, they assigned NRB Risk Solution to collect hence the fact, however, I recently learned from Hammond Pole that NRB Risk Solution has been debiting money from my account and not making payment to Direct Access. This has been ongoing since June 2019 to date. I then contacted the guy handling my account @ NRB Edward Beukes end June this year 2020 asking to provide confirmation and a statement obtained from Direct Access of my account status and he failed to prove to me everything was still in order as per agreement.

These guys are de*****ing us unsuspectingly, mainly because of our unfortunate circumstances. Something must be done to stop the type of behavior by these **********.
