Cannot interpret a Full and Final Settlement Letter???

NR B must be the most *********** company I has ever dealt with. After sending a letter from Nedbank stating that the account has been paid in full and final they still send me a letter stating that they will "take this further"

Nedbank, really, you should reconsider their appointment....?
