Bad Customer service Geraldine

I would like to share my review. I know nothing will come off this but i am going to do my best to get my voice heard. I have fallen behind on a short term loan due to unemployment. After i started a permanent job again , i phoned to make arrangements to start my repayments again. Spoken to a few people but this one lady took the cake. Firstly they loaded my Debit check to the wrong account and called me, shouting and swearing at me why did i cancel the debit check, which i didn't. They reloaded it to the correct account but not the agreed date and guess what: Geraldine from NRB called me, telling me that i must remember that i am not their client but only a person owing money. I am taking this a step further but hope this leaves a bitter taste in their mouths. We a humans trying our best, not getting grands or sassa, working for what we want. You will hear alot more from me from here on. Fasten your seatbelt lady, i am taking my gloves off!! Were you raised this way or is it your choice of living. May God be with you
