BAD COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

I have received so many calls with regards to a account that was handed over to them ,I was told that I have to make an arrangement with them,a few months later I decided to give them a call and ask for a settlement amount.they hopped right to it and gave me an amount...sent me all their banking details ,etc.4 weeks later im still asking them for a piad up letter.how great is that.I just get told sorry sir.call back again.call back again.they are so ***********.
