ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!!

iv recieved a call yesterday afternoon at 4pm and spoke to a very rude lady and advised her that i am busy and should call me after work or the next day. she called me this morning at about 10 and was extremely rude and abrupt to me stating that,\she will be rude if she has to!"i have explained to her that i cannot speak as i had another fone ringing. she did not understand wat i was saying and was getting angry with me"
