What is happening to the Payments that I make, as my balance stays the same

NRB Risk Solutions contacted me about an outstanding Loan I have with African Bank, and we set up Debit orders, I have paid several instalments already, however my African Bank balance doesn't get updated, they said that they make payments to African Bank, yet nothing on my Statement shows that. So what are they actually doing with my Debit orders?
