WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY, STAND UP FOR YOURSELF IF INNOCENT

I was contacted by this company who were representing their partners: HomeChoice. The last person i spoke to was Janice Naidoo, a Team leader for JHB.

I was contacted because they claim i opened up an account with Home Choice and never paid. I never opened a HomeChoice account. Around June 2019, i just started getting unauthorised debit orders from Home Choice. Seeing as ********** debits occur all the time, we reversed these unauthorised debit orders.

Then i start getting emails from NRB Risk Solutions saying that i must pay and my credit rating will be negatively impacted. This is utterly ridiculous as i never opened this account. Currently im busy trying to get them to send me the identification, documents used to open this account, the signature and also any camera footage of the person that opened the account. DESPITE THIS BEING A SIMPLE REQUEST IF THEY CLAIM I OPENED THIS ACCOUNT, I CANT SEEM TO GET ANY RESPONSE ON MY REQUEST. This info should be on file. Its not that hard.It seems to me that they seem more hellbent in bulldozing me to an outcome where i pay instead of heeding my warnings that i dont even know about this account. Surely the reasonable response, would be lets check what is really going on.

It is either:

1. Home Choice and NRB Risk solutions knows this is a ********** attempt to make me pay for something i did not open and seem hell bent to move forward any way. 2. Somebody did not do their due diligence when somebody opened up this account **********ly and the proper checks were not taken to verify that the person is whom they said they were. 3. Or this is straight incompetence and they refuse to review their internal processes and investigate what happened.

I have only asked one thing from the NRB Risk solutions. Send me the basic documents used to open this account that you claim i opened and to date, its crickets. There is no reason why a simple request like this can not be honoured. Unless the claim is **********. Watch out for this company.They seem hellbent to bulldoze a solution for their partners instead of finding out what really happened.

However despite that, i will fight this.Do not let companies like this bulldoze you especially if you are innocent.If you owe, pay what you owe but if you are innocent, do not give in to companies trying to flex their muscle. YOU HAVE RIGHTS and the more people that know this, the better we will be.
