Hi This is such an emotional time. I am trying to buy a house and am unable to do so as I have a judgment on my name. I paid you guys off almost 1year ago and I still have not received a paid up letter. I have called you and emailed you but absolutely no response. Can you please just send the paid up letter so I can move on with my life...
