Worst service ever

These people don't know how to work with people they don't even know what they are doing.... I just settled my account on discount which they offered me and they tell me they will not send me anything to tell me they have received the payment and it was on special discount... I spoke to 3 people all same WhatsApp group how can they not send something to a customer to tell them they have received the payment... They say I should wait for a paid up later that they don't know when I'll receive...
