We hired Nico to install a basin water drain pipe and wood panels on two gates. His team completed approximately half of the drainage work and began the woodwork before Nico sustained a hand injury requiring surgery. Subsequently, we received a urgent request for full payment to cover his medical expenses. Despite our repeated attempts to contact him to establish a completion date for the project, we have received no response. To date, we have paid R4500 for labor, yet only a quarter of the total work has been finished.
