Dishonest, Unprofessisonal ****mers!

I strongly advise against using Nico and Renette for any appliance or installation work. I hired them to fix my freezer, and while they initially replaced the compressor and left, the freezer still didn’t work. When I contacted them, they came back claiming it needed gas—but even a week later, it still doesn’t cool. R2,400 gone, and now they ignore my messages. They also installed my camera system, and one camera isn’t working properly. During installation, wires came loose, and they never returned to fix it. The total cost for this installation was R12,000. During the process, they argued loudly in my garden, treated their staff poorly, and caused significant delays. Their workmanship is extremely poor, they make excuses, and they claim they can fix anything—but clearly cannot. Based on my experience, these people are unprofessional, dishonest, and should not be trusted. I am taking this further with the Ombudsman for investigation. Do not use them.
