We're breathing through the wound. Unhappy residents

We are so disappointed under Nquthu municipality leadership. There's a *** farm operating in the residential area (Nondweni). We have contacted more than 4 Departments including environmental health, Department of agriculture, Ingonyama trust and etc. All they says is, Nquthu Municipal has a power/rights to close down the farm not them. And they confirmed that this farm is *******, we can't have such business in the residents area. And the owner doesn't have a permit for that Business. He got the land from the local Chief and that land belongs to Municipal.

The Town planning Manager has promised us since February 2019 but he's no longer answering our calls. He last said there's a land dispute between the local Chief and Municipal as the land belongs to Municipal. He said the matter is by Court already. The year is gone no feedback nothing.

We don't want to take the law into our hands but we need that farm to be closed peacefully. We don't want to burn tyres or close roads no. The farm has more than 700 ***s and smells bad, extremely bad.

The Department of labor must intervene as well. People are earning R600 per week, working 7 days, 12 hours a day, R7.14 per hour.

We are pleading for help as it's clearly that Nquthu municipality doesn't care about people. We need that farm to be closed down.
