Poor customer service

One of the worst experience ever. Anyone reading this please recommend me a farm that has a better customer service. I ordered a combo at the beginning of the year and since then I have never received any communication. I emailed them and still no response. I even went on to call them with a landline and they didn't answer. Left a couple of messages but no one got back to me. I then decided to Whatsapp them and no one rep**** to my message. I called them using WhatsApp call option and they answered when I was tried to explain the reason of my call they hung up. I called again and they didn't pick up. Poor service. The guy who answered just said hello and he never said a word after that. Called twice and still nothing. I will never ever ever invest my time in this company again. If you don't want to stress out I suggest you try another company because they will waste your time and resources for nothing.
