This is the worst experience that i ever had with a chicken farm

I bought 4 layer hens from them after they said you can buy anything from 1 to up. After I paid for the hens I had to pay a delivery company a refundable deposit which was never discussed with me from the start I just got an email from the delivery company. Then they said to me that they are sending 8 chickens and food on the house for the chickens since the delivery company can only take in minimum 10 hens. They expect me to pay for the extra 4 hens which is ridiculous as that is not what I ordered and i specifically only ordered 4 including delivery. I called them and and said they must either refund me the money or send the extra hens with no charge and they hung up on me. I called them again and the guy said I must calm down and hung up on me again. after 2 hours called again and no answer after he said i must send him a whatsapp and he will get back to me. I have send a few whatsapp messages and no reply after being read,

This is the most unprofessional service i ever got and I'm sure they are ******** people
