10 weeks and waiting for switch

i tried to switch to npower in mid nov 2015. this still has not happened, even though they have started billing me. i keep contacting them, and they keep telling me that they will raise a complaint. the complaint finally got raised on 15 jan, even though the first time i requested it to be raised was 15 dec.
