Excellent after sales customer service

Recently purchased a product from this brand from Makro. I had an issue with the product 2 months later. I decided to contact their online support to see if they could assist.

The customer service I received was incredible and they sorted out my issue by replacing the product and shipping it to me for free.

Considering I didn't even purchase the product directly from them, this is excellent customer service.
