Where is my money NPDA. I WANT ANSWERS

I have also had the worst experience of my life. I paid the NPDA since 2012 and I just found out that they have not paid 2 of my creditors. I started paying them in 2012 till 2019. My debts came to R61000 and that was the amount on my court order and agreement. When 2019 came around I stopped paying because the last statement I received from the NPDA saying payments to date R89550. I had paid them R24000 more than what was owed. I need the contact information for them. I can't get hold of the right people. I have now had to go to an attorney for help as I have no idea what they have done with the money. They only started paying my one creditor in 2017 and another they have NEVER paid. So where is all the money I paid from 2012?
