Refund

I was contacted by the NPDA on the 10 December 2015 were they confirmed there is a possible refund due to me as all the monies paid via review was not paid over to the creditors.<br> <br> To date I have received confirmation of said amount to be refunded, I have sent all documents needed and for the last 2 months I have been promised many different dates as to when this refund will be paid and whenever I query why the amount has not been paid yet, I get told that they either had a system problem or they having yet another audit. <br> <br> this is becoming more than frustrating as the lady I am dealing with is very nice but even she no longer has anymore reasons as to why this money has not been paid.<br> <br> Proper information on this matter would be much appreciated.
