Pay back my money!

<p>My RCS account has been overpaid for six months, as I found out in June 2016 that the account were paid up, in Jan 2016 already. An amount of nearly R8000 is due back to me in overpayments, however between the NPDA & Consumerfriend, and two months down the line, nobody knows who should be paying my credit back? Not even my debt collecting agent can get any response from the NPDA, makes me just wonder how many of my other accounts, and OTHER client's accounts have been overpaid and clients have not been refunded because the NPDA's offices just refuse to give answers and/or money back? As proof has been sent of over payments of these monies, NPDA has credits loaded (for R400 & odd something) for me on their system one of which is a ABSA car loan - I've NEVER even had a ABSA car loan?? WHAT are these people doing?</p>
