NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS

I AM CURRENTLY ON DEBT COUNCELLING AND HAVE BEEN FOR ABOUT 6 YEARS, NOT SURE WHY I EVEN HAVE A DEBT COUNCELLOR AS I HAVE DONE MOST OF THE WORK MYSELF AND SORTED OUT PROBLEMS.<br> MONIES WAS PAID TO AN RCS ACCOUNT ABOUT 3 TO 4 MONTHS AGO THAT WAS PAID UP. AFTER TRYING TO TRACE THE MONEY IT APPARNTELY IS SITTING AT THE NPDA. NOW I HAVE ANOTHER PROBLEM THAT HAS HAPPENED WITH MY STANDARD BANK THAT I HAVE ALSO PAID OFF. I AM TOLD THAT THE MONEY GETS SENT BACK TO THE NPDA. THE LADY I AM TOLD TO DEAL WITH IS TUMI. EVERYTIME YOU PHONE SHE IS ON A PHONE CALL AND SHE NEVER RETURNS THE CALL. I AM NOT SITTING WITH ABOUT AN EXTRA R2000.00 THAT IS LYING AROUND AND NO ONE CAN ALLOCATE IT TO MY ONE REMAINING ACCOUNT. ALL MY DEBT COUNCELLOR SAYS IS THAT SHE HAS FORWARD THE QUERY ON. WHY DO WE HAVE TO PAY THEM A FEE WHEN THEY CANNOT EVEN DO THEIR JOB. I DONT WANT THE MONEY BACK I JUST WANT IT ALLOCATED TO MY REMAINING ACCOUNT, SURETLY IT CAN BE THAT DIFFICULT

Hello Tingting,

Reference is made to the mail dated 11.2.2015
NPDA is not authorized to make changes to a consumer's profile, whether it be the exclusion of a paid up account from the payment plan, or merely an update of the reference nr. All changes and amendments are to be done by the DC firm
Should you settle an account, notify your DC, and the required changes are not made on the PDA system, the PDA will continue to pay that account up until such time that the uploaded outstanding balance runs out.
The amount of R834.45 refunded from Easton Berry was reconciled to your profile, and paid to Direct Axis, as per proof provided.
Should Standard Bank advise that they have refunded money back to the NPDA, your DC firm can obtain the details of the transaction, like the amount, the date, the account nr used as well as the reference used on the transaction.
This detail will enable the NPDA to trace this refund on our bank statement, reconcile the transaction to your profile, and have the funds paid as per your instruction.
Regards
NPDA Team
