\I WILL SEE TO IT \""
On the 27 August 14 Louise Stander informed me that she could not take the arrears amount to pay Wesbank with distribution and I must pay Wesbank direct. She emailed me with such information that Amellia Taylor will be forwarding me the banking details and I must pay Wesbank directly with the arrangement in place. I did email Amellia Taylor and to sate have had no response although I phoned Wesbank directly and left her messages that I was looking for the banking details. To date no response.

When legal issues were addressed with Louise she said \I will take care of it\". She even emailed me if I could offer more which I agreed to and gave me the assumptions that they were re-negotiating. Only to face legal action against me. When I phoned her last week she was locked outside her house and not available to a computer. The next day no response I had to contact her. During this period other suppliers have contacted me although she was paid.

This is not what I am paying her for!!! "
Your DC firm vs the NPDA are two separate entities trading on their own.
Louise Stander is not employed with the National Payment Distribution Agency.
Your DC firm selected the National Payment Distribution Agency (NPDA) as their PDA, to collect and distribute their consumer's monthly contribution amounts to the relevant credit providers. The DC firm makes use of the NPDA software, capturing their consumer profiles and payment plans. Once a payment was made to the NPDA, the NPDA system will reconcile the payment to the consumer profile and then generate payment instruction from the front end system. Funds will be distributed in line with the current active payment plan created.
The DC firm is responsible for managing the consumer's debt review application. The NPDA is solely responsible for the collection and distribution of a debt review applicants monthly contribution amount based on instruction received from the DC firm in the form of an uploaded payment plan.
The only party authorized to make changes to this payment plan is the DC firm itself.
As an act of good faith, I will make contact with the DC firm and request that contact be made with you as soon as possible
