Bad Service

Requested pricing and turn-around time for powder coating....Rxx and 7-10 working days. Delivered project on Thu, expected it to be finished in 2 weeks time. Called after 10 days, to be told "It will be finished this week" (which leaves us to that Fri) Called again on Tue, and were told "It will be ready tomorrow afternoon"....no luck. Walked in on Thu (we are now on 15 days), still not finished. The lady searched through the paperwork to find my order...disappeared to the back, then informed that the guy wants to speak to me outside. Was told it is still not finished, but its in the oven, will be ready in the morning.

Don't feel its fair on a customer not to be able to adhere to initial time frame given, nevermind the other 2 afterwards.

NOT RECOMMENDED!! There is a place round the corner from them which delivers on given time frame and at better pricing!
