Complaint: On Saturday night I had booked a bus ticket using ShopRite computicket ,when we arrived for the bus scheduled to departure at 20:30 we were informed of an hour delay, of which was okay...at 20:50 they packed up and close the ticket booth at park station, fast-forward 3 hours later still no business of which at 23:30 I decided to go home and booked a new ticket with different transporter, following morning I arrived to a surprise that all the other ppl I left behind were still there and the Nozulu ticket office still closed and all their numbers are still not being answered. I officially left the park station at 10:30 n they had not opened and bus didn't arrive. This can't not be acceptable Business practice, zero communication and no care for the young and old ppl who had to sleep at park station on a extremely cold December month
