Terrible Service

I bought a ticket from shoprite to travel to Durban on Saturday the 6th of November 2021 from Joburg. When I arrived at Park station I got there at 10:28am and the bus was supposed to leave at 11:30am, I was told to wait someone will call us through the intercom to escort us to the bus once it arrives as it is boarded outside however I sat there for 2 hours, no intercom called us, I went to the office and asked them I’ve been waiting since morning and it was now 1pm, the ladies gave me bad attitude and told me it’s not tshware fault the bus left me, asked them if I can get on another bus, with attitude they told me no I’ll have to wait for the 8:30pm bus, asked if I can be refunded they just left me standing there and never even spoke to me, when I told them nobody called us to go board the bus they said that some guy was standing but I explained that we didn’t hear any, terrible terrible service and very embarrassing that the ladies didn’t even care
