Poor service

Was supposed to board a bus for 23:00 ad I was at the bus station at 22:30 waited for a bus but nothing. Decided to call the number on the ticket, not going through. Now I’ve decided to leave because I’ve tried everything possible to contact their office. Got numbers from Facebook which also are not working. All I need is my money back. I’m so disgusted with this service bull ****
