Pathetic service

I hopefully find you well in the torrid Covid epidemy and salute you in helping the masses with the essential transport you provide.

Last night (01/03/21) I boarded your 20:00 bus from parkstation jhb to pietermaritzburg.i had purchased the ticket at approximately 13:00 on the day and I had taken it upon myself to inquire if this bus did have a functional toilet as a few months ago I boarded one of your fleet that had a blocked toilet,the jubeelent sales lady "uGogo"approved that the toilet was functional, At 20:00 gate 1 we boarded the bus and where driven to a garage just outside city centre only to be told that the toilet is blocked and we should use the garage facilities now as the next stop would be in Harris Smith,why Didn't your driver tell us whilst we where still at parkstation so we could make well calculated choices than held to a hostage situation. I have a loose bladder and I felt the edge to visit the boys room sooner than Harris but to my surprise the driver refused to stop the bus and told me to pee in a cup and empty it by the door, honestly it was an undignified gesture and embarrassing deed . When you chose to name your company a luxury liner did you think of the level of service that comes with it.?
