Nozulu Lux Liner needs to be shut down

Nozulu Lux Liner needs to be investigated buy the Department of Transport, their buses are not roadworthy. On the 20 November 2021 we bought tickets from Shoprite in Durban to come back to Johannesburg on the 21 November 2021, we got on the bus and as the bus left Durban station we could hear sounds that indicated that the bus was not safe to travel such a long distance and we complained, 30 minutes later driver goes back to the station after not wanting to go back, we get there offices are closed, people at the station tell us that they ran away, while we trying to find a solution, the driver also ran away and left the bus running, we ere left stranded 4 children, 3 Adults and the rest of the passengers. we went to their offices yesterday in park station we were told to go back to Durban for our refund or they would take a picture of our tickets, banking details and send it to the owner who will then advise if he will transfer our money or we should collect cash. his phone was off when his stuff called him, we have not received our refund till date.
