Nozulu Buses bad services

I wouldn’t advise anyone to utilise this bus, worst service ever. Bought a ticket from Durban to Johannesburg for the 5th April 2022, the bus was supposed to depart at 22:00 from Durban, it did not arrive their offices was closed to make enquiries, I had to make alt traveling arrangements with the kids. Today I arrived at Johannesburg and went to their offices to request my refund and the guy assisting me to me to go back to Durban and get my refund. Not even an apology or him try to call his colleagues, all I got was a rude guy with all the bad service I can think of. They don’t deserve to be operating.
