No value for money with nozulu buses

Nozulu luxliner doesn't deserve any star at all. Their service is extremely despicable and they are also dishonest. When we enquired before booking our tickets we were told that there is a toilet inside the bus. We were scheduled to depart at 20:30 & were told to arrive at 20:00 for check in. We arrived well on time before 20:00. At 20:40 the bus wasn't there and there was no one to give explanation about the delay. When we went to enquire we were told that the bus was never available for the day we booked. The other guy who supposedly worked for the bus was rude. After 21:00 we were told to stand in the line though there was no bus yet our tickets were being collected by the rude Zimbabwean guy. We were then instructed to go outside where buses usually wait but still there was no bus in sight. The bus parking area was empty. The time was now approaching 22:00. Then came My Bus which was denied entry because it was past the allowed time for buses to enter. We had to go outside the bus bay to get into the bus. It was not a luxury bus as was per our enquiry and it had no toilet. When I called the number on the ticket the phone rang unanswered
