Never ever book Nozulu bus

Our bus broke down at 12:55 this morning in Howick and again around 2am in Mooiriver. We have been packed on the road for the past 5hrs,there a babies and elderly passengers here and no commication about getting us to JHB. We have called your DBN call center several times and no one is helping us or allocating a different bus to come collect us. Even at this moment we still on the side of the highway
