HORRIBLE SERVICE

absolutely atrocious service, terrible reception staff that do not know what it is to apologize to customers when they have difficulty with buses. They just get a backup bus 3 hours after boarding time. They also use manual receipts to confirm bookings which is ridiculous in 2021, can they buy a PRINTER!!!!THE WORST SERVICE EVER ON THE FACE OF THE PLANET, THEY MUST SHUT DOWN IF THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THEIR SERVICES EVER AGAIN EVEN IF I AM STUCK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DESSERT I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!
