Complaints

I had booked my bus for 21:30 July 2 2019. When i got to park station at 9pm i was given the run around only to find that the busses are parked all the way outside. Now after having paid R250 ticket fee im sitting in the middle of the bus runway is not not right. I purchased my ticket at 1pm this afternoon for 9:30 but for me to have no seating is not right. Please sort this out before i call the relevant parties.
