Bus Tickets emergency problem

Hi.. I bought my ticket on June 2021, and the trip was suppose to be on the 08 July 2021.. We didn't go because of the Covid restriction we were back to level 4 no travel was allowed.

So we try to talk to people from computicket they gave us Nozulu contacts we try to find that guy..

He refuse to refund us he said we must select another date. Okay now we did postpone the date we can't get hold of him and we still have the tickets what we must do.?
