Bad service!!!

The worst experience of my life. The bus does not have a contact service, there was a delay with all the busses because of an accident on the way to the pick up point on Burger Street, in Pietermaritzburg, needless to say, I found out about this from travelers of other busses. 2 hours passed with no communication, I decided to ask in the offices of reputable bus services if they actually know of this bus, and they said they do. Now I'm panicking, because, 1. I'm in a foreign city basically, so I'm stranded. 2. I need to get to Joburg asap. I waited till half 12 am for a bus that was supposed to depart at 21:30. I will never, ever, ever book this bus and I suggest and strongly recommend that no one does too!!!!!
