Bad Bad Bad Service Very Bad

I book the bus at Checkers. My first ride was from Juburg to PMB. When I arrived at Park Station with no guards what so ever as the office where closed I had to ask around where to get the bus. I finally was told it waits outside by the gate. Being a female and have to walk all the way outside alone to get the bus was not safe.

Bad news is I booked return. The day of return time from PMB was 9:30am I waited for the bus at 10am I started calling the officers I was told the bus is coming I should wait. At 11 I went to the lady at the office in PMB she then told me my ticket is not showing on they system. The bus left from Durban full. She then said Checkers system is giving them a problem.

The only I was can get now is 21:30 bus if it not full.And I need to be at work tomorrow. Still waiting.....
