Awful service

First awful experience with Nozulu bus line. Bus was scheduled to leave park station at 11:30 only to find out that bus air-conditioning was not working and the bus was sent for repairs. Replacement bus only arrived at 12:30 happy that we were finally on our way to DBN bus stops to fill up diesel tank for about 30 solid minutes. As we are traveling it starts to rain and the bus roof top leaks. The driver gets a bus ticket for driving in the wrong lane please refer to picture.

I as an unhappy passenger will never recommend this bus service to anyone however would recommend Mybus service they are just as new but have excellent service
