Confirmed Booking Cancelled

On 21/07/2015 I received an email from Nonyana confirming my booking for the weekend 24/12/2015 to 27/12/2015. The booking confirmation also stated that the deposit of 50% is only due before end Nov 2015. On 28/09/2015 I received a call from Pieter Venter advising that my stand was given to another client who was willing to pay cash upfront, he the offered me a different stand that was off the water front. The whole idea of booking this stand was to be on the water front.<br> <br> I was not contacted and given the opportunity to pay upfront for my stand...poor customer service!
