Misrepresentation and bad service.

I ordered products based on the wording in their advert.viz WATERPROOF! In the wet, they lasted 3 days. When I complained they said they're NOT WATERPROOF. They advised the would replace, but that was over a month ago. My request for a refund fell on deaf ears.
